Art, Artists, and Apricale

For many decades, Apricale has attracted all kinds of artists, who find their inspiration here. Some live in the village, others stay for a few days, weeks, or months.

Exhibitions of local artists have been staged since the 1960s. Although they were often rather improvised, they attracted a surprising amount of attention, far beyond the confines of Apricale. Thus Apricale became well-known in the arts scene.

In our “artist’s corner”, we want to introduce artists who live in and around Apricale.
