The village of San Biagio della Cima is located in the valley of Verbone, a few kilometers from the sea. It is easily accessible along the provincial road that branches off from the Aurelia at 59 Vallecrosia. Within the village you can admire the beautiful parish church of Saints Fabian and Sebastian, dating back to 1497, but completely rebuilt between 1777 and 1779 designed by Andrea Notari; inside we find a valuable statue of Saint Sebastian attributed to the school of Maragliano as well as ornate stucco made in 1784 by Peter Notari and Pietro Lucchesi.

The church of San Biagio (near the cemetery) was already mentioned in a document in 1259, and is one of the oldest churches in the province. Outside of the village there are other interesting religious buildings, the location of which reflects the stars. In the direction of Dolceacqua , the Church of Our Lady of Sorrows, expanded in 1852.

On the watershed with the Nervian Valley, the church of the Santissima Annunziata, characterized by the typical outdoor porch to welcome pilgrims and wayfarers. In the direction of Vallebona is the country church of St. Symphorien. San Biagio is home to a famous rose festival every year in May.
