When it was built is not easy to define: it is a building enlarged over time, traditional in these areas located in the western Liguria between the mountains and the sea, consisting initially only of a small room and a stable, with the subsequent addition of other rooms on the original nucleus in order to welcome the peasant family. The result, a building located on various levels, substantially three floors, with evident signs of transformation during the centuries and also of the earthquake of 1887. The work of recovery of the building, started in 2010 and was finished in 2013.
