The charming medieval village of Rocchetta Nervina, is ideally situated against the stunning backdrop of the Ligurian Valley. Ancient exposed stone houses locked together, narrow streets and small piazzas, all surrounded by craggy hills with woods and olive groves: this is the magical environmental context of Rocchetta Nervina, in the Nervia valley.

It is one of the most charming medieval villages of the western Liguria inland. The village is in a dominant position at the confluence of the Coe and Barbaira torrents. There are also some small lakes where people can restore during summer or a canyoning trip in the Barbaira which is one of the most beautiful canyons. The water is blue and all the environment is amazing.

Another option is to walk on the right side of the river. The walk will offer you astonishing views of the Sea Alps.
